We have been carefully monitoring the circumstances and collaborating with the authorities. After having contacted with the responsible authorities we have been informed regarding all the measures we need to take in order to ensure we keep everyone safe and prevent any possible spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our company is based at the main airports of Crete.
We are located opposite the arrivals hall at the parking area and therefore it is an open branch location. This means that our customers do not have to enter our office, all the paperwork and information regarding the rental procedure are provided to our customers from a distance.
Below you will find our altered process:
All the surfaces are cleaned extensively.
We ensure that our employees will follow all the measures such as washing their hands and keeping the necessary distance.
There are no queues, as we have minimized the procedure in order to have you on the road shortly.
Regarding the drop off of the rental car our customers simply have to park the car at our parking area and drop the key in the mail box. There is no interaction needed.
Chania Airport is a meet and greet location. Therefore, our representative will meet you outside the arrivals hall where he will be waiting for you with a board and your name written on it. All paperwork and information is provided in the open air you do not have to enter an office.
The car will be waiting for you at the parking area of Akrotiri Station which is located just 50 meters walk from the arrivals hall.
Regarding the drop off in Chania Airport our customers have to park the car at Akrotiri Station parking and drop the key off at the main desk. No interaction is needed.
We ensure our representatives will maintain proper distance throughout the whole procedure and follow all the necessary measures.
Our representative will meet you at the location that has been agreed via email. A safe distance will be kept and all the safety measurements will be followed.
We have always had as a priority to provide our customers clean vehicles. At this period of time we have altered the procedure to an even more detailed cleaning process.
All vehicles of our fleet are professionally and thoroughly cleaned after each and every rental using high-grade disinfectants and special detergents.
For all rentals, cleaning teams are required to go over a rigorous checklist for vehicle cleanliness including disinfecting cabin surfaces, contact areas and all inner surfaces of the rental car, which will be wiped down and sanitized.
Our cleaning team is on standby, ready to answer any questions or concerns the crew might have – and to request additional cleaning or disinfection of the vehicle prior to our customers picking it up.
On all service points our crew are provided with pre-packaged cleaning supplies to maintain our required standards during pickup and dropoff processes. These kits include gloves, disinfectant and cleaning wipes.
Should you have an upcoming reservation for a car rental and have further questions we will be happy to assist you.
In all cases you can choose to alter your reservation details such as vehicle, date, time and location.
Lastly, there is no cancelation fee. Should you wish to cancel your reservation please inform us via email.
